96 percent of our tasks were created by SWCBD.

Our task activity has decreased 17 percent, month-over-month, from January. Our week-over-week activity decreased by 259 tasks in February.

We also wish to recognize Ken M. as our Employee of the Month for February!
Ken is affectionately referred to as “The Ice Man” for his calm demeanor and consistent approach to his duties. Primarily in Zone 7, Ken’s attention to detail and reliability has earned him a promotion to Team Lead in recent weeks. Fun fact about Ken, he was an all-star baseball player in high school, and played with Oakland A’s legend Rickey Henderson! When we asked Ken what he likes most about working as an ambassador, Ken replied, “I love having the opportunity to make a difference in this community.”
