The 2023 Annual Meeting and election to fill open seats on the Board of the SOMA West Community Benefit District Board (SWCBD) is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, October 17th, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The SWCBD annual nominations process is an open process. All interested property owners who are up to date on their SOMA West CBD assessment payments, business tenants, residential tenants, non-profit entities, etc. are encouraged to review the documents and to participate in the nominations process. The SWCBD has been operating with an all-volunteer Board and Officers. We do not seek nominees to fill a seat; we seek active, committed SWCBD businesses, residents, and property owners who desire to rapidly improve the commerce, image, and amenities of SOMA West.
