The Employee of the Month for July is none other than our exceptional Office Manager and Dispatcher, Tamara Casillas. Tamara has proven herself to be an invaluable asset to our team, consistently demonstrating excellence in her dual role. Our Operations Manager, Matt Allen, commends her for her outstanding performance in handling the dispatcher duties, where she swiftly and effectively responds to calls and radio signals. For over a year, Tamara has been the cornerstone of our service operations, tirelessly answering service requests from our cherished residents. She takes immense pride in making sure that every request is met with prompt and efficient action, ensuring that our Ambassador team is always on the move and ready to assist. Beyond coordinating responses, Tamara also plays a crucial role in supporting our Ambassador team, ensuring they are well-equipped, well-prepared, and fully supported in their day-to-day tasks.

Throughout her time with us, Tamara has become acutely aware of how much our residents appreciate the work we do.
