Sunday Streets Came Just In Time For San Francisco Summer!
Last Sunday (October 5, from 12 pm to 4 pm), Russ Street in SoMa turned into a vibrant, car-free block party to honor Filipino Heritage Month with the spirit of kapwa—food, art, music, performances, and community connection at every turn. The official FAHM Stage featured Canon Kip Nanays, Galing Bata, Peaboo and the Catz, VerSoul, the West Bay Moms, and a special drag performance by Mx. Kiki Krunch, with DJ JFunk Era spinning tunes all day.

Along the street, attendees enjoyed a Climate Carnival by the Exploratorium, martial arts demos from Combat Krav Maga, inflatable archery via RPD Mobile Rec, giveaways and free resources, and live sets by Dinner For 4 and SF Rock Project at Russ & Howard. Sunday Streets SoMa truly brought neighbors, artists, and families together to celebrate culture, creativity, and community joy.
