SOMA Nights is quickly becoming the talk of South Market. Every 2nd & 4th Thursday belongs to the NIGHT! 

About 6 weeks ago, local businesses owners came together and decided that the best way to survive the Folsom Streetscape Project was a Night Market that breaks the mold of what the norm is. 

Unlike the typical night market, SOMA Nights is geared toward getting people back into our local businesses and reminding the city that SOMA is a premiere destination for eating, drinking, and fun. 

This isn’t just another night market—it’s a movement.

Our SOMA has been through it all // construction, change, and challenges—but the heartbeat of this neighborhood is strong. Local small businesses (including yours truly ) are showing up, standing tall, and proving that this community isn’t going anywhere.

We’re here to bring people together, to create a space where folks can gather, feel safe, and celebrate what makes both this city and our SOMA neighborhood special. Every visit, every bite, every moment of connection adds to the bigger picture: a thriving, vibrant SOMA.

Every second and fourth Thursday SOMA NIGHTS are in full swing! Second Thursday of the month expect to see SOMASapiens outside enjoying local bars and restaurants putting on their own programing and special SOMA Night discounts. Every fourth Thursday of the month you can expect to see live music, entertaining showcases, and even interactive games!
